Rapid Recovery Rehab

Our Rapid Recovery Rehab program is designed for patients transitioning from hospital to home. Colonial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides skilled medical care and rehabilitation programs for people of all ages. In many cases, the exceptional care provided at Colonial will reduce the number of days that a patient needs to stay in a hospital.

Our interdisciplinary team evaluates each patient to develop a unique plan of care and therapy specifically designed for each individual.
